Brad Arnold – Chief singer of 3 doors down- has cancer … and he unveiled the news in an emotional post on social media.
The musician told the many fans of the band that diagnosed Clear Cell Niercarcinoma, a form of kidney cancer. Arnold then says that the cancer metastasizes to its lungs … a stage 4 diagnosis.
Brad says he is trying to stay positive … Giving all the glory to God – adding his faith means that he is not afraid at all.
That said, Arnold tells fans these 3 doors of the summer Down Tour cannot continue … and he apologizes to all the fans who were enthusiastic to encourage them.
Ba finishes the message by saying that he takes on the song “It’s not my time” of the band as his own personal anthem while fighting the disease.
Arnold was co -founder of 3 doors in 1996 when he was only a teenager. He perhaps wrote the biggest song of the band – “Kryptonite” – while he is still in high school.
3 doors Down’s first album “The Better Life” went seven times platinum … and their next three albums also achieved the platinum status.
Brad is the longest regular member of the group … the only one who formed with the band since it.
