Abby Lee MillerThe accusing a prominent hospital in Los Angeles area of malpractice … and claims the doctors who have performed surgery on her a strange object in her body.
The star “Dance Moms” sues Cedars-Sinai Marina Hospital and two doctors in relation to an operation of 2020 that she received on her spine.
While the operation seemed to have been successful, Abby says she was starting to suffer from abdominal pain and discomfort … Need, she says she shared with several medical professionals, including the two doctors who performed her operation.
Miller claims that her complaints have left and were largely ignored … Until she says that one of her doctors has finally performed a CT scan.
According to Abby, the CT scan unveiled a “retained catheter” that, according to her, was left in her body after surgery.
She complains for medical negligence, professional negligence, medical battery and more … and requires at least $ 1.4 million.
Alm has been in a number of doctor’s offices in recent years because of its battle with Burkitt lymphoma, a rare type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The disease has influenced its mobility and she now uses a wheelchair to make ends meet.
A spokesperson for Cedars-Sinai says TMZ … “Cedars-Sinai cannot comment on pending legal matters. Also because of the federal and national privacy laws, Cedars-Sinai cannot discuss the medical treatment of a patient.”
The spokesperson continues … “But the care and safety of our patients, staff and visitors are always the top priorities of Cedars-Sinai. We are committed to ensure that we meet the highest care standards for everyone we serve.”
