Michael PittIt was ordered to stay away from his ex-girlfriend … This after he was arrested for sexual abuse.
TMZ law enforcement sources … Pitt was ordered by a judge in New York to stay away from his former partner for a year.
We have been told that Pitt has to avoid her house, work or a place where she is going to go physically … and he cannot use electronic means – texts, calls, e -mails – to contact her.
As you know … Pitt was arrested Last week in connection with four alleged incidents that the prosecutors would have fallen between April 2020 and August 2021.
According to the indictment … Pitt would have sexually abused his then girlfriend, prosecutors say, he hit her with a wooden board. They also claim that Pitt attacked his ex on another occasion with a cubs.
The actor – the best known for playing Jimmy Darmody on “Boardwalk Empire” – was accused of attack injury with a weapon sexually motivated, strangulation sexually motivated, sexual abuse and forced coercion. Pitt did not guilty of all charges against him. He placed $ 100k bail and was released for detention.
Pitt’s lawyer Jason Goldman Told us … “Unfortunately we live in a world where someone like Mr. Pitt – an accomplished professional who would never consider as much as these crimes think – can be arrested on the non -corrected word of a loose individual.
“In reality, this unfounded claim is increased about four or five years after the alleged incident, at a time when the two parties had a full consensual and voluntary relationship. This case will be rejected.”
