Adam Lambert Is “Runnin” from the city of Engelen … he lists his country house for a huge piece of change.
The Singer-Songwriter has mentioned his gated Home of the Sunset Strip for $ 7,375,000 after collecting the building in 2018 for $ 6.5 million.
The house of 5,028 square foot is about a quarter of a hectare-what may not be much in Adam’s native Indiana, but is certainly in LA
The house with 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms has a huge garden with a large swimming pool, spa, outdoor kitchen and fire pit.
The house is currently equipped with a gym, but it can be converted into a suite of the fifth bedrooms and the chic kitchen is supplied with a huge stone island and illuminated luminaires hanging above it.
The primary bedroom has glass walls with a beautiful view of the city, two walk -in cupboards, a private bathroom and a large shower with another glass wall to take the view. Don’t worry – the building is really private … So nobody will catch a glimpse of the pieces of the new owner.
Real estate sources tell TMZ … Adam’s this year has made his Broadway debut in “Cabaret” – and he is aimed at that new aspect of his career and does not spend much time in LA
