Anyone who possibly saw the tragic golf cart accident with regard to involvement John Elway and his agent, Jeff Sperbeckhas been interviewed by the police … and there is still no evidence to suggest that a crime has occurred, TMZ Sports is told.
According to the Sheriff of Riverside County Chad BiancoHave police officers spoken with all the parties in the area in the area where Sperbeck fell on 26 April of a ride driven with Elway … and “There is no evidence or explanation to indicate that this is nothing more than a tragic accident.”
Bianco added to TMZ Sports in his Thursday statement: “We found that the case would remain open until we contacted all residents who may have video of the travel path.”

The 62-year-old sustained significant injuries in tumbling … and he was declared dead on April 30. The coroner later decided that Sperbeck died due to accidental blunt trauma.
Initially, law enforcement was not involved in the issue … As Bianco said The Denver Post None of the medical staff racing on stage suspected misconduct. The sheriff, however, added that a probe was eventually opened after a “mass media investigation” in the incident.
Elway only publicly talked about the test – writing in a statement on April 30 he was “absolutely destroyed and deeply sad” about the death of Sperbeck.
In the meantime, the Sperbeck family said in a personal statement of April 30 … “We mourn this unimaginable loss as a family alongside our sweetest friends The Elways and the many other customers that Jeff friends called. We are grateful for the overwhelming outpouring support we have received and ask for privacy for our family in this difficult time.”
