Ariana Biermann Will not make it difficult after her Dui arrest … because she only has to complete a probationary period and a few hours of service for the community.
The daughter of Kim Zolciak And Kroy Biermann received 24 months of probation and 40 hours of community service as part of its sentence earlier this month in a plea.
During her probation, the court ordered Ariana to stay away from drugs and alcohol … and, not to associate with someone who owns illegal drugs.
The probationary period of Ariana can end rather than the full two years … But, so earlier than 12 months – and she has to keep her nose clean at that time, of course.
To remind … Ariana was arrested Almost three years ago in Forsyth County, Georgia, in August 2022 after she crashed into another car. She told agents that she had not drunk – but officers claimed that she had a “noticeable influence” during the field sector test.
She was booked about crime Dui, crime incorrect/whimsical lane change and crime alcohol possession for minors/purchase of alcohol.
Ariana’s on-again, off-again boyfriend at that time, Hudson McleroyWas also arrested that day for alcohol -related charges.
