This is what we know … in court documents obtained by TMZ, Jon claims Vic Caroleo has been hired for him since 2017 – this will even be afterwards Submit a lawsuit against him in 2024.
JT says that VC not only tries to give himself off as a form of flattery – he claims that he commits “sexually inappropriate and offensive acts against women” while he uses his name.
For example, he says that a woman retained the counsel who claimed Jon who sexually abused her in 2020 – but after having spent “tens of thousands of dollars in costs”, it was confirmed that the Perp was VIC.
A few years later, in 2024, the team of Jon was contacted by a woman who claimed that Vic tried to imagine – even credit cards with his name on them to prove his identity – and was “extremely sensitive and inappropriate.”
The lawsuit states VIC – who has openly recommended their similar physical appearance online – has tried to use credit cards with Jon’s name to get the confidence of victims in more than once.
His alleged constant imitation comes after they had reached an agreement in September 2024 – which stated that Vic would decrease the nonsense. But … he apparently didn’t stop.
The expert in the field of television personality and hospitality asks Collier County, Florida to put an end to the harmful nonsense of VIC after he has been informed of continuous harmful incidents.
Oh, and he asks for $ 50,000 compensation … The argument that VIC’s actions “continue to expose Mr. Taffer to spot and shame, which causes substantial and irreparable damage to Mr Taffer’s personal and professional reputation and his rights, including his right to control his name and similarity.”
