Donald Trump has ordered his government to open and expand Alcatraz, the infamous former prison on an island near the Golden Gate Bridge of San Francisco.
President Trump said that “for too long America is plagued by cruel, violent and repeated criminal perpetrators”, in a message on his social social site on Sunday.
The idea is described as “not serious” by leading Democrats.
