Cassie Ventura out Clearly Had blackmail material on her … Namely videos of their “freak-offs” … and she says he used the images to make her do more freak-offs.
She testified on Wednesday that Diddy would hold the freak-off images over her head as a way to hurt her, to make her anxious and force her to participate in sex parties with male escorts.
Cassie told the jury that she had previously told Diddy that she did not want to do freak-offs, and that he sat next to her during a commercial flight to New York in June 2013 and played her freak-off videos of her on his laptop and threatened to release them.
She testified that the threat felt “prisoners” … and that when they landed in New York, they went to eat, where Diddy told her he wanted a freak-off, and they did. Prosecutors asked why she went with the freak-off and Cassie said, “Not to be threatened.”
The prosecutors said in their opening statement that Diddy threatened to release the videos if she did not participate … They clearly try to prove that this was a way in which Diddy Cassie forced the freak-offs. In the indictment of last year of Diddy … Feds described Freak-Offs as “extensive and produced sex performance that have arranged combs, directed, masturbated during and often recorded electronically.”
Cassie’s extortion earlier in her testimony, but this is the first time she closed the loop and said that Diddy used the threat to release freak-off images to have her more freak-offs.
She also told the jury Diddy once threatened to release the videos while she went out with someone else. She said she should answer her mother, and Diddy’s threats were terrible and disgusting.
Cassie told the jury that Diddy held the videos on his phone … And she said she sent him an SMS message that he had to remove the images.
She read an SMS message that she had sent to Diddy in July 2013 … “Remove the videos from your phone, too many people have access to your devices.”
Cassie testified that Diddy replied: “No iCloud, all right, ambien kicked in.”
She also told the jury that she reached for Diddy after she was told that there was a sexually explicit video in her that drove in … and she says he intimidated his security team.
Diddy’s lawyers do not yet have Cassie, but his defense has the Freak-offs were consensual.
