On the “2 angry men” podcast, Harvey Levin And Mark Geragos Investigated one of the perceptions about the Diddy criminal case … and how it can swing the jury.
There is a false story that sex steps and minors of celebrities are part of the proof of persecution against Diddy … with some people who are there, including potential jury members, under the false impression this matter is the hip -hop version of Jeffrey Epstein.
We know that none of these lustful topics will be discussed in the courtroom … And although Mark thinks the perception there can harm the Diddy defense when it comes to selecting jury members, Harvey sees it as an opportunity for Diddy’s legal team.
Thinking goes as follows … jury members can go into the process, thinking that they will hear about a set of dirt, the persecution has the prosecutor on Diddy, and when they have no proof of secret recordings of celebrities that are sex or minors involved in any way, form or form, it is a bit of a disappoint.
Mark needs a bit convincingly here … but Harvey makes some good points.
Jury Selection starts on Monday and the judge wants a jury to be picked within 3 days … So this is all about to play in the court in Manhattan.
