Mark Geragos Maybe not fun ClearlyThe lawyers are subject to a GAG command – and he too … but a prominent public prosecutor of LA says that public prosecutors need to prevent a possible profession.
Kirsten Brown-Neil – a deputy public prosecutor for La County- spoke with us about “TMZ Live” about judge Arun Subramanian Geragos warns to see what he says about ours “2 angry men” Podcast.
When demanding Geragos who quotes a ruling from the Supreme Court and said that the defendants and their lawyers have the right to speak publicly about the case, Kirsten said she thinks Geragos is taking a very limited picture of the ruling.
Kirsten says it our own Harvey Levin Also have to see what he says on the podcast … or he and Geragos can eventually be used as a reason for appeal!
As for whether it should be up to the defense to decide whether they are talking too much with the public and possibly poisoning their business, Kirsten says that it is actually unfair towards the officers of justice … because someone like Geragos can eventually sabotage his own client.
The way in which Brown-Neil explains, if Geragos is a sort of unofficial member of Diddy’s legal team-I-Ise he has so far, by saying and predicting in one way or another, he could be used in an ineffectiveness of the profession of the counsel.

So if public prosecutors are able to secure a conviction, they do not want MG to talk … Because Diddy’s side could try to use something like that to appeal against the decision.
Brown-Neil says that public prosecutors not only be able to secure a conviction should protect it if they also get one.

Kirsten also tells about how public prosecutors represent the public … So the public has the right to hear them discuss the matter when they can.
Of course, prosecutors sent a letter to the judge about Geragos who refer them as a “6-pack white women” in a recent episode of “2 angry men” and he told Geragos“I’m going to look and I’m going to listen. Okay? You still have a listener for your podcast.”
Day three of the jury selection ended Wednesday … and the 45-member jury pool has now been selected. Although there is no court tomorrow, that number will be reduced to 12 jury members and 6 alternatives on Friday.
The process continues – with opening arguments to start next week … Just don’t expect the defense to hear it!
