Prosecutors want to play freak-off vid in court

Prosecutors and Diddy’s lawyers went back and forth with judge Arun Subramanian Tuesday morning about how the video would be played in court.
The defense team of Cassie and Diddy does not want the audio or video that comes to the public, so prosecutors suggested that it will only be played for jury members who will wear headphones. People in the gallery, including reporters, could not see or hear the video.
Justice officers say that this afternoon they will enter into the video as evidence … So expect fireworks, because Cassie is also expected to start her testimony.
The defense also revealed this morning that they want to raise the issue of a cassie bar battle … one that does not concern Diddy. Public prosecutors argued that it was irrelevant, but the judge agreed with the defense that it is relevant because the incident was the alleged drug use by Cassie.
According to Diddy’s lawyer, Words from GeragosCassie was a visit to the family in Connecticut, and Diddy suspected she cheated on him because she would not answer her phone. Cassie apparently was in a bar and got into a fight where she “tried to kill someone” … that’s how Geragos described it to the judge.
The defense says that the incident shows that cassie used drugs outside her sexual relationship with Diddy-holes in the theory that she only used drugs during freak-offs because he forced her.
