The sixth day of witness statements in the Clearly Trial is in the books and although there were more interesting facts of celebrities, friends and staff members … It feels like public prosecutors are everywhere on the map.
Danity Kane singer Dawn Richard Was first on the standard Monday and her testimony seemed to be focused on one of the most important charges against Diddy … Racketeering.
Dawn testified Diddy made threats over let people kill If they didn’t listen to him … And she also told the jury that she saw Diddy with guns and drugs, although the defense gave her to admit that she never saw Diddy using a gun or paid the fabrics.
The next was CassiaFormer friend Kerry Morgan … and she didn’t just testify about Diddy Cassie attacksBut also himself. Diddy’s defense has not been removed from the testimony of domestic violence, but he has not been accused of that.
Kerry testified that Diddy was jealous when Cassie started talking Michael B. Jordan During a break in their relationship … And although that is pretty juicy, we have a hard time finding out why that is relevant to a matter about Rico, sex trade and prostitution.
Former Diddy Assistant David James Was the last one who testified … And he remembered a few convos he said he had cassie, including a where he says she told him “I can’t get out” In response to him who asked why she didn’t just leave Diddy.
Prosecutors have 8 weeks to build their business, but it sometimes feels like they are everywhere and get away from the base … and it will be interesting to see how that plays with the jury.

Diddy was again engaged during witness – and the jury also this time – and sketch artist Elizabeth Williams Told us how Diddy’s facial expressions were, and how they changed, depending on what the witnesses said.
Elizabeth is closer to Diddy than anyone, so her perspective here is very interesting.
Testimony will resume on Tuesday, when public prosecutors are expected to call Cassie’s mother as a witness … among other things.
Stay informed …
