Diddy Trial Highlights from 8th day of testimony

The 8th day of testimony in the Clearly The process is in the books and public prosecutors still trying to make progress on the racketeering -applications against the Mogul … and one of them even thinks he helped Diddy’s defense.

Open Wednesday with Homeland Security Investigations Agent Gerard Gannon detailed More about a raid on Diddy’s house On Star Island … a search that was shifted, ammunition, drugs, lubricant, baby oil, sex toys and lingerie.

Interesting things … and maybe the Weapons of Justice help to prove a Rico case against Diddy … because some serial numbers were scrapped on the magazines.

The next on the witness bank was a psychologist Dawn Hughes … and she testified about reasons that victims remain in abuse relationships.

Dawn characterized the defense as a professional witness – she also testified in the Amber heard–Johnny Depp test and will do this in tests with involved Harvey Weinstein And R. Kelly – But people in the courtroom tell us that jury members seemed to be interested in what they had to say.

The third and last witness was George Kaplan … a former executive assistant for Diddy who testified about it Set up hotel rooms for Freak Offs … complete with lubricant, baby oil and candles. He also said that Diddy gave him money and a number to call to protect drugs, and Kaplan would perform the transaction and give the medicines to Diddy.

Prosecutors seem to try again to prove that a criminal company is run by Diddy – the Rico -Appointment – and Kaplan will be back on the standard on Thursday when the court resumes.

Kid Cudi is also witnesses … and he could help to get officers of justice big land if he has evidence that Diddy has blown up his car … But if Kid Cudi only has second -hand knowledge that Diddy was behind the incident, the defense will jump and hear to block his witness.

Nobody really knows what Kid Cudi will have to say … so keep an eye on it.

Outside the courtroom we spoke with exotic dancer “The Punisher” about “TMZ Live” … And he told us that he did not know why prosecutors called him as a witness and believes that his testimony Diddy helped because he Did not see any criminal aspects to his sexual encounters with Diddy and Cassia.
