De Mogul was back in the federal court on Thursday and the day started with Bongolan who took the position for her second testimony day.
The defense insisted on the date on which she claimed that Diddy held her over the edge of the balcony … claiming that it cannot be September 26, 2016, as she said because Diddy was in New York at the time.

During this cross -hearing, Diddy seems to look at jury members and nods powerfully … an interaction judge Arun Subramanian rejected on and Diddy and his legal team warned about it.
What felt like a W for the defense was made somewhat reliable when prosecutors later revealed simultaneous texts Cassia sent to Diddy’s former Staff Chef Kristina Khorram … that indicate that this alleged incident happened instead on September 29 or September 30, and Bryana is just wrong.
“Jane” – A prosecutor who testifies under a pseudonym – then took the position to talk about the Start of her relationship With the Mogul … which she says it was filled with drugs, money payments and sex.
She also described participation in freak-offs with Diddy … and told the court that Diddy said that if she stopped doing it, he would no longer pay her rent.
