The judge in ClearlyThe criminal trial gives a warning for Mark Geragos About his public comments about the case, and vows he will view and listen to his podcast every week “2 angry men.”
Right Arun Subramanian In Chambers on Tuesday-on-day 2 of the jury selection-for a tête-à-tête about the famous lawyer who refers to the federal public prosecutor as a “6-Pack white women” during the episode of last week’s Podcast that he together with TMZs Harvey Levin.
Officers of Justice have warned the judge about the remark, which they claimed were violating the court rules because Geragos seems to be consulting with Diddy’s defense team. The Rule Bars Officice and lawyers involved in a process of making public comments that can influence the jury.
During the meeting, Geragos argued that the Supreme Court effectively said that the defendants and their lawyers have a constitutional right to defend themselves publicly, and therefore the judge must not be lawyers connected to Diddy’s defense.
Besides, the judge asked Geragos square if he advises Diddy in this case – his daughter Words And Marc Agnifilo Lead the defense – and he would only say that he talks with Diddy ‘with great frequency’.
Anyway, the judge did not disagree with Geragos’ argument, but still remembered that certain comments are so “outrageous”, they would not be tolerated … for example a “6-pack white women”. The judge essentially said that if Geragos pulls such a stunt again, he could be cited for contempt.
Bottom Line … Right Subramanian warned MG about crossing the border on “2 angry men”, saying: “I’m going to look and I’m going to listen. Okay? You still have a listener for your podcast.”
