Clearly offered a hotel guard a pile of money to remain silent about the Cassia Correct … at least according to the man’s testimony.
The first witness called on Monday the stand in Diddy’s sex trade was the assistant director of security in the Intercontinental Los Angeles Century City in Beverly Hills Hotel … and he was grilled about the notorious 2016 Incident Between Diddy and Cassie.
The witness, Israel FloresSays that he received a report from a woman in need on the 6th floor around 11 a.m. and the cameras checked … and saw Diddy grabbing back and forth.
Flores told the jury that he rushed to the stage and met Diddy in a towel and cassie on the floor. He says he told them that if they had a fight, they had to take it back to their room, and he says he had noticed a broken vase on the floor and Diddy told Diddy that it would be charged to the room.
Cassie stated that she asked and wanted to leave her phone and her bag, but Diddy told her she couldn’t leave … Flores testified.
Flores told the jury that Diddy later called on him and held a stack of money … told him that he should not tell anyone about what happened. He testified that he told Diddy that he did not want the money, and the damage would still be charged in the Chamber.

The hotel guard testified that he went to Diddy’s room to remind him of hotel rules … and Diddy opened the door and grabbed his phone and asked if he recorded Diddy. Flores says he spelled Diddy on the wall.
Flores says that he has taken photos of the broken vase for an incident report and has recorded two videos of the security images with his iPhone, and explained that he wanted to show his wife at home.
He says he had the next two days off – and when he was back to work, he searched for the surveillance video … but “it was gone” and until recently he never saw it again.
About Cross Exercise, Diddy Attorney Brian Steel Asked Flores if law enforcement was called and Flores said, “They were not.” He asked why Flores did not post it in the report and why he did not record the part about Diddy that Cassie would have told that she was not leaving behind. Flores said he did not post every final detail in his reports.
Steel asked Flores: “You were offered bribery – but did you not tell him that he had to pay for the vase?” Flores replied: “Yes.”
The persecution circled back and asked Flores what Diddy said when he reportedly offered the money, and Flores testified that Diddy didn’t want anyone to know what was happening.

Flores also testified that the video shows that Diddy Cassie drags back to the room … and steel asked if there are gaps in the images because the cameras are sensitive to movement and Flores said: “Yes.”
His testimony has been done and now the second witness to the prosecution comes to the stands.
