ClearlyThe music defense team leans hard that the music mogul was offensive to his ex, Cassia … but they also say that Cassie was not an angel either … because she is said to be violent with him.
Day 4 of the Diddy Trial saw public prosecutor Emily Anne Johnson and Diddy Attorney Marc Agnifilo Have a very interesting exchange with judge Arun Subramanian In a NYC federal courtroom.
It started with Johnson and told the judge that victim 1 that is considered to be cassie-not will be investigated on certain medical issues.

The judge then said that when officers open the door about the rest of the problems, the defense can walk through and cross the witnesses.
That is when Agnifilo said that the defense “will take the position, there was mutual violence in their relationship,” notes, “hit both sides: DV (domestic violence).”
He added: “We will absolutely admit to domestic violence. But at what time will it be compulsion?”

Judge Subramanian wanted to clarify Agnifilo’s comments and ask if “you claim that they are simply violent?” Agnifilo replied: “Exactly. We say it is relevant.”

Johnson said that she would submit a letter to the court on this subject, and further said that she was planning to offer two mobile phone videos and the Corrected CNN images Of the notorious 2016 that Diddy defeated to Cassie in the Intercontinental Hotel in LA
