Today is the seventh day of testimony Clearly‘s Federal Sex Trafficking and Racketeering Trial in New York City … David JamesA former personal assistant of the Rapmogul, continues his testimony and he admitted what he described as “Diddy-Bopping” … In other words, use drugs and drink Ciroc Vodka, Diddy’s own brand.
Minutes after the procedure, David James was asked by the persecution if he had ever taken ecstasy. James answered … “Yes. I drank Ciroc, I took ecstasy, I was” Diddy-Bopping. ” He then clarified “I was vibing.”
James testified that he was recorded by a videographer who filmed the parties. James said Diddy asked him … “Hey Playboy, was that you dancing at the party?” When James said it was, he testified that Diddy said he would keep the video in case he ever needed it … The public prosecutor asked him what that meant – James said, “That I would be ashamed.”
James was asked by the Public Prosecution Service if he had ever seen physical violence between Diddy and his former girlfriend Cassie Ventura … James said he hadn’t done that.
James remembered that she brought food to Cassie in the London West Hollywood Hotel in LA on instructions by Diddy. He also described taking Diddy Supplies – such as Apple Juice, Jello and his toilet bag – when Diddy stayed in New York. He said that he specifically had a medicine bag for Diddy in his personal Louis Vuitton bag, with Viagra, ecstasy, percocet … James said he would pay the stocks himself and would be reimbursed later by Diddy.
James spoke about Diddy who went through his own browser search history, apparently looking for the source of a report on Diddy who touches Cassie in a club. James said nobody had done it before. Diddy told him that someone had written a blog post that was that he hit cassie.
James said two days later, when he brought the food to Cassie’s hotel room, a Diddy employee answered the door instead of Ventura himself.
Shortly before the procedure started, the representative of the courtroom announced that four jury members had not yet arrived in court, possibly due to the delays of the metro. Right Arun Subramanian The court stated would come together again. After a short delay, today’s hearing began.
