Elizabeth Smart‘s Kidnaps Wanda Barzee May or not smile after her arrest on Thursday … but one thing is certain … She was a happy camper who posed for her mugshot for the register of sex offenders of Utah.
TMZ has obtained the photo from the register of the register – and the convicted criminal could not look jovial. View her thick grin and show off her yellow -stained teeth.
She also flashes her wild eyes and messy white hair with birthmarks on her face and neck. The register contains, among other things, its height, weight and 11 aliases together with details about its federal conviction.
According to the register, Barzee is excluded from entering protected areas such as parks. But she ignored the rules, the police say … because she is said to pop up in 2 parks in Salt Lake City.

Barzee was released from the federal prison in December 2018 after more than 15 years behind bars. Mitchell is a lifelong prison sentence in Arizona.
