Erik and Lyle Mendez Parole Board are postponed

Honor And Lyle Menendez Will have to bite their nails a little longer before they find out if they are released from prison … because the conditional sign has kicked their hearing date on the road.

The Menendez brothers were planned to go for the California Parole Board on 13 June after a judge had brought them to 50 years for the notorious Shotgun murders of their parents earlier this month, Pot And Jose Mendez.

After two processes, Erik and Lyle were eventually convicted in 1996 and originally convicted to life in prison without the possibility of conditional release.

During the recent hearing in La County Superior Court, Judge Michael Jesic Said that the brothers would not form “an unreasonable risk” if it was released from Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility near San Diego, where they are currently locked up.

As a result of the judge’s decision, Californian governor Gavin Newsom Torn hearing of the Clement Area planned before 13 June and made room for the hearing of the conditional release instead.

Newsom has been very involved in the entire process. In February Newsom asked the Parole Board for a Clementia -Evaluation For Erik and Lyle partly to “help the judge inquire in the resentment.”
