Ex-NFL-Superster Steve Smith It is said that it ruined a marriage earlier this year … and now he is being charged with it.
Antonio Martinez Claims in a lawsuit – which he filed in North Carolina this week – with which Smith broke his loving relationship with each other Nicole Martinez After he seduced “deliberately, malicious and intentionally” during a meeting in September 2024 in Baltimore.
Antonio claims that the former Ravens met Wideout Nicole while he was in the city to shoot an episode of “The NFL’s most interesting jobs with Steve Smith.”
Antonio says that Nicole was a member of the marching band of the ravens – and Smith came close to her when he came to the group for the NFL network show.
Smith, “Through and by an agent of the NFL,” Antonio wrote in the suit, “gave his telephone number to contact and communicate with” Nicole.
“Then,” he added, Smith began to communicate with (Nicole), calling her and exchanging countless SMS messages with her. “
Antonio claims that some of the messages contain very explicit content – including photos of Smith’s Penis and videos from Smith that argues.
The suit states that Smith then had sex with Smith in January 2025, after the two together attended a Ravens Playoff match.
Afterwards Antonio claims that Smith “continued to text, contact us, exchange messages with (Nicole) and further seduce her.
Antonio shared some of the messages he says Steve sent to his wife, including one who said, “I would like to bend you over the sink now.”
According to the suit, Antonio discovered it all in February – and then confronted Steve about the issue in a telephone conversation that was recorded and later Posted on Social Media.
Antonio states in the case he eventually separated from Nicole – with whom he had one child.
“As a result of (Smith’s) actions and the adulterous relationship between (Smith and Nicole),” states the court case, “the existing love and affection that existed between the plaintiff and his wife had been alienated and destroyed.”
Antonio sues more than $ 100,000.
