Harvey Weinstein prosecutor Kaja Sokola claims that Weinstein brought about making stars out Gwyneth And Penelope Cruz – Immediately after she had sexually sexually abused her as a teenager.
Kaja Sokola, 39, testified in the Supreme Court of Manhattan, said 39, said she wanted to scream after the alleged attack at the age of 16, but Weinstein told her that she had to obey him and stay still if she wanted a career as the big stars he called.
Regarding the alleged attack, Sokola said that Weinstein picked her up for lunch, brought her to his Soho loft into NYC – and reportedly touched her vagina and forced her to touch his penis in the bathroom before he “ejaculated on the floor.”
She remembered that in the bathroom mirror in his eyes she was marked that they were black and scary and claimed that the now diverse film producer warned her that the alleged attack should stay between them if she wanted a successful shot in the BIZ like Gwyneth and Cruz.
Sokola testified that she was terrified of Weinstein, but still hoped that he would help her acting career – so she met him again in 2004, where he reportedly attacked her a second time. She also testified about an incident in 2006, when Weinstein reportedly forced oral sex on her.
Weinstein was convicted in 2020, but those convictions were thrown after a court of appeal ruled that his constitutional rights had been violated. Now public prosecutors are returning him in a new process. Sokola did not testify in the previous test.
