Jon Voight he says and president Donald Trump Working together to save Hollywood … because the way things go, he thinks the whole thing can go into the drain – just like Detroit, Michigan.
The actor indicated his first interview Variety Because Potus has announced 100% rates on films made outside the United States … and he said he wants to keep Hollywood in every possible way.

Voight says that Tinseltown really needs help … and it is good news that the Prez really cares about the film industry – because that means they can let people solve their sleeves and save it.
He adds: “We can’t leave it in the drain like Detroit … This should not be political. I don’t know the political identities of the people we spoke with. We have spoken with many people here. I do not distinguish them from their party relationship.”
Voight says that Trump will support a good plan … because he just wants Hollywood to return to his golden age.
Apart from the lost shot in Detroit, Voight says that he and President Trump both have been treated unfairly … The political fight is over, JV adds – now it is about coming together and bringing film production to the United States.

Anyway, it seems that Voight is making serious progress … Although it will save that Hollywood is under discussion.
