Joshua Jackson And Jodie Turner-Smith Being on the same page when it comes to most of their divorce conditions – but when it comes to primary school, they still go for it in court.
According to new legal documents, obtained by TMZ, Joshua and Jodie have hammered a divorce scheme. According to the documents, the couple used a mediator to come up with a temporary schedule to arrange 50-50 custody of their daughter, Juno.
What they disagree with is … where Juno goes to school, and now Jodie wants the judge to force Joshua to adhere to a judicial order that gives her the power to choose Juno’s primary school.
In documents submitted by her lawyer, the Disso Queen Laura WaterJodie says she wants their 5-year-old next year to move to a new school, but Josh is in the way. She says she has investigated the new school, granted Joshua about it and made sure it was close enough to his house – but she still claims that he refuses to get on board.
Regarding the other conditions … Joshua pays $ 2,787/month in child benefit, but no monthly partner support – they settled on a fixed amount. Jodie also asks him to pay $ 75k for her lawyers in the school struggle.
