Blake LivelyThe lawyers are said to have tried by force Taylor Swift in publicly supporting lively in her beef with Justin Baldoni By threatening to release Taylor’s private -SMS messages if she didn’t play a ball … at least according to Baldoni’s lawyer.
In new legal documents obtained by TMZ, the lawyer of Baldoni Bryan Freedman Claims The summons that he sent to lawyers for Taylor was intended to get information with regard to possible witness clog horse and evidence spoliation.
Freedman claims that he has a good source of which Blake is said to have asked Taylor to remove their SMS messages.
Moreover, Freedman claims one of Blake’s lawyers, Michael GottliebTook in contact with a lawyer who represents Taylor and demanded that Taylor released a statement of support for Blake, intimating that if Taylor would refuse this, private -s SMS messages of a personal nature in the possession of Blake would be released.
Justin’s lawyer also claims that one of the representatives of Taylor has tackled the “inappropriate and apparently excessive threats” in at least one written communication that was sent to Blake’s Advocaat, Gottlieb.
Freedman says it is this alleged communication that he is trying to get through the summons … And he says it would be proof of “an attempt to intimidate and force a witness in this lawsuit.”
For her part, the Taylor camp destroyed the summons … claiming that she was at least involved in the drama on the set of “It Ends with Us” … which caused the annoying legal war between Blake and Justin.

Taylor was generously angry with the SMS message and sources close to her pushed back on the idea that she was once one of Blake’s ‘Dragons’.

Michael Gottlieb tells TMZ … “This is categorically false. We unambiguously deny all these so-called allegations that are supposed to assume anonymous sources, and completely unbound from reality. This is what we have come from the Wayfarer parties who are of the trial for their people here.”
