A huge Mexican navy training ship is damaged after he crashed during a festive visit to the US against the Brooklyn Bridge of New York City.
Images have emerged with towering masts from the Cuauhtémoc that flashes the bridge while the sailing ship passed under the famous structure on Saturday evening.
Parts of the masts reportedly fell on the deck, with American media that reported several injuries. The emergency management of New York City said it “responded to an incident”, without giving further details.
The Mexican navy confirmed that the ship was damaged and said the incident was being investigated.
