Paris hit by marble size haggelstones and thunderstorms

The hail of marble size was seen that the streets of Paris set, while cars were damaged by trees that were felled by lightning on Saturday afternoon.

Small floods also led to metro stations being temporarily closed, according to local reports.

Thunderstorms are expected this week in parts of South Europe, including southern areas of France, but there is a chance that they can spread to the north again later in the week.
