Sean “Diddy” Combing Receives extra guidance in the court of the famous lawyer Mark GeragosBut federal public prosecutors don’t have it – because Geragos has no approval to participate and often discusses the case on his podcast “2 angry men”.
Geragos was in court for the first day of the jury choice in Diddy’s criminal trial – somewhere behind the 7 lawyers who has retained Diddy, all of whom have a judicial permission to defend him.
But prosecutors say they have noticed Geragos and other members of his company, consult with the defense team, and they think that is a party error because of his Side performance. In a letter to the judge Arun SubramanianThey quote a rule that retains to anyone who is related to the defense by making public statements that “can disrupt a fair trial.”
Their concern is about Geragos’ podcast “2 angry men,” which he together with TMZs Harvey LevinAnd public prosecutors are apparently subscribers – it is available where you get your podcasts, by the way.

Anyway, prosecutors point out that MG has responded about Diddy’s case in their most recent episode, entitled “Harvey reveals what he knows about Diddy.” They say that Geragos spoke about the Cassia Defeat video, the completely female persecution team of the FBI, and arguments that Diddy’s defense intends to make.
Moreover, he told the audience that he would be back with more in next week’s episode.
The FBI says that Diddy has complained about their office that makes pretial explanations to the media – so they find it funny (not “ha”) Geragos so openly statements on his podcast, while apparently also works with Team Diddy.
Prosecutors want the judge to remind Geragos that he cannot do both.
Something tells us that Harvey is on the market for a new ‘angry man’.
