Rolly Romero‘The next fight will almost certainly not be against Devin Haney … the boxing superster has just torn his rival during a chat with TMZ Sports – call him “Shattered” and “A Track Star”.
After triumphant Ryan Garcia In Times Square last week, Romero said on Tuesday that he is looking for a “big name” for his next game … But he made it clear that it probably won’t be Haney.
Romero implied the 26-year-old who won a controversial tilt against José Ramírez Minutes before his Garcia confrontation in NYC-IS just too boring to put on massive amounts of pay-per-view purchases.
“Haney was not a big fight in the beginning,” said Romero. “He was not a big fight when he fought against Ryan. And he is absolutely not a big fight after he just became a track star.”
“So,” he continued, “do you tell me, very quickly, are you excited to see someone fighting Devin Haney?!”
Instead, it seems that Romero would rather endure things again Tank DavisFor whom he lost in May 2022.
Romero said he is now a completely different hunter and he would like to get some revenge on the 30-0-1 Pugilist.
For now, however, Romero seems to be satisfied to eliminate some time to enjoy his career-changing victory over Garcia … Because he told us that his travel schedule was so busy, he is still celebrating the DUB.
