Ryan Reynolds has had enough of the “completely frivolous claims” Justin BaldoniThe team in their constant legal war … and now RR asks the judge to let them go financially – but JB points their finger back to them.
According to judicial documents obtained by TMZ … lawyers for the “Deadpool” star on Tuesday affected JB and his team with a request for monetary sanctions – which they say is a response to the “ridiculous” defamation that makes a spot of the legal system.
As we reported earlier, RR claimed that Baldoni took his “thin-skin indignation about a film character” and decided to go after the court after the court … A reference to the satirical, “wake” nicepool character from the new “Deadpool” film, of which JB thought it was a obvious chance.

Ryan has already submitted a motion to fall from the court case … but it is clear from the latest request, he also wants to send a message that JB’s team switched a lot.
Mike Gottlieb And Esra HudsonLawyers for Reynolds, TMZ say, with regard to Baldoni’s complaint: “These are not serious claims – they are a desperate trick for click heads that have no room in the federal court.”
The same lawyers served a similar sanction request on behalf of Blake On Monday.
Reynolds said earlier that Baldoni’s lawsuit would never last in court … He noted that his reference to Baldoni as a “predator” is a constitutionally protected opinion … And, even if not, he says it is substantially true.
