Ryan SeaCrest Violating the Californian law by promoting an illegal online casino … at least according to a new lawsuit.
The host “American Idol” and “Wheel of Fortune” is sued by a resident of California mentioned in California Aubrey Carillo, who is reportedly lost money at an online casino that Ryan often promotes on social media.
In the court case, obtained by TMZ, Carillo claims that Chumbacasino.com is illegally active in California and Ryan serves as an official famous endorser of the operation.
Carillo claims that Ryan promotes illegal gambling by placing paid ads for Chumba on social media and by appearing in promotional material on the Chumba Casino website.
As a result, Carillo claims that Ryan contributes to the rise of online gambling addiction in adults and adolescents … and they say that at least one child in their families has access to the website.
The suit claims that the online casino is forbidden to operate in different states, but is still active in California.

Carillo goes after Ryan and virtual gaming worlds and asks for an order to close the website in California and to prevent Ryan from getting more money generated by the gambling site.
