Smokey RobinsonShoot back on the women who accuse him of sexual attack with their own lawsuit … claiming that he and his wife, FrancesAlways treated employees with respect – and the 4 people who sue them, they just try to shake off.
The singer-songwriter and his wife have submitted a cross-complaint against the four Jane, according to their lawyer, for $ 500 million. In the suit they say that not only none of these women has abused Smokey – but instead also treated them as ‘extensive family’.
Smokey and his legal team point out gifts that they claim to have given these women over the years … including concert tickets, money for dental procedures and more.
Robinson contains exhibitions of alleged texts that show the narrow relationships he had with employees … with someone who seems to show an invitation for the graduation dinner of an employee. Another shows a sweet text that is reportedly sent to Smokey by a claimant.
Another photo shows Frances on vacation in Cabo with one of the alleged accusators for the prosecutor’s birthday … A Robinson holiday claims that he and his wife have paid.
Smokey and his wife also claim that these women “had the ideal access to take advantage of them” … claimed they knew where the valuables were hidden.
The Robinsons complained for defamation, financial elder abuse, emotional need, invasion of privacy, civil conspiracy and more.
In a separate legal application, Smokey asks that the Jane is being publicly identified … and claims that their legal team has changed the procedure into a media circus, so that they cannot demand anonymity now.
