The son of Late “Saturday Night Live” Music Sketch Producer Hal Willner was accused of attempted murder after having cut three people violently outside a bar in New York City.
20-year-old Arlo Willner -wiens mother is an Emmy-winning producer Sheila Rogers, who also worked on ‘SNL’ – the crime committed on Saturday evening at 3.30 pm, according to a criminal complaint obtained by TMZ. The police say he attacked the three individuals after he asked to buy cocaine and was told: “This was not the place for that.”
He cut the neck of a person, “causes a large and deep tear,” an individual stuck in the shoulder and the third in the abdomen, according to the complaint. All three were injured but survived the attack.
The exchange of words stopped when the person whose neck was cut the knife grabbed and ‘threw on the street’.
In addition to attempted murder in the second degree, Arlo is accused of first degree attack, attempted abuse in the first degree and criminal possession of a weapon.
Arlo did not argue guilty in Manhattan’s criminal court and was quickly released from prison and was satisfying a bond of $ 200,000.
He is expected in court on 22 May.
TMZ has contacted his lawyer for comment … so far not a word back.
