Taylor Swift is no longer confronted with a summons Justin Baldoni And Blake LivelyThe legal drama … ‘Because the camp of Baldoni has withdrawn the summons of her and her law firm, TMZ confirms.
A representative for Blake Lively tells TMZ that they have supported the Taylor team to have the summons throw away – adding the lively camp will “continue to get up for every third party that is unjustly harassed” during this process.
The Baldoni team always wanted to quickly make involved in the legal fight, the representative tells us … But when Push came to push before the federal court, the representative says that Baldoni is being completely folded.
Blake’s representative completed the statement by us to tell us: “At a certain point (the Baldoni team) will have distraction more from the actual claims of sexual harassment and retribution with which they are confronted.”
We broke the story … Swift was served with a summons To appear as a witness earlier this month – a movement that her team left and claimed that she had minimal involvement in “it ends with us”, the film in the middle of the dispute between Lively and Baldoni.

The Dragon comment did not go well with Taylor – and a source close to the star told us that she felt manipulated by Blake, showed up in an agreed time without knowing that Baldoni would be during the meeting.
