Thousands of Gazan Babies will die without help

A humanitarian chief of the UN said that 14,000 babies in Gaza could die in the next 48 hours if trucks of help do not reach communities in the strip.

Tom Fletcher said that thousands of trucks with help “ready to go”, and added that the trucks contain “baby food and food”.

Israel has accused Hamas of abusing and stealing help that Hamas denies.

The prime minister of the country, Benjamin Netanyahu, said on Monday that “we should not reach a situation of famine,” and added that Israel allows only a “minimal, basic bridge” to prevent hunger.
