A uber driver with wide eyes that the police said, pointed to a gun on a rapper in Miami in a viral video was arrested … And while she screamed and waved what looked like a weapon in that clip, she is much calmer in the body cam images of the police.
Jennifer Benitez was arrested on May 17 after the police had stopped her in Port St. Lucie, Florida because she had active warrants for her arrest. In the video, the police shout against her to get out of the vehicle.
She follows their instructions on the letter, lying on the floor with her hands behind her back while they hit the cuffs on her.
The officers seek her person and ask her questions … but she continues to practice her right to remain silent – zip her lips and let the agents do their work.
Eventually the officers ask her if she needs something from her car – and she asks for her phone, wallet and keys before putting her back in the police car. She was arrested for serious abuse with a firearm.

It is a much quieter version of Jennifer than the one we saw in the video Krissy -An emerging Miami rapper known as Bomb Ass Krissy- Posted a few days earlier Her arrest.
Don’t forget … Krissy shared the clip of her Uber driver who demanded that she got out of the car – screaming against her while she is on the phone on the police. The driver claims that Krissy was bothering her in the video, and she eventually pulled what a gun seemed to be and pointed it to Krissy.
Cless jumped out of the car and the driver drove away … But not before Celess promised she would go viral for her actions.
The video certainly went viral … and Jennifer went to prison!
