BBC Royal Correspondent Daniela Relph assesses the meaning and symbolism of the journey from King Charles to Canada, where he will open the parliament in Ottawa – in the footsteps of his mother Queen Elizabeth who carried out the same duty in 1957.
It is also an important journey for the new Prime Minister of Canada, Mark Carney, who has had to deal with Tariff Whiplash and talks about annexation of US President Donald Trump.
