Grand National Festival: Constitution Hill Falls again as Lossemouth Lands Aintree Hurdle | Racing

Constitation Hill fell for the second time in a row when LosiMouth landed in Hurdle William Hill Aintree.

The popular trained nicky Henderson suffered a shock departure at The Champion Hurdle in Cheltenham last month, but it seemed that he traveled well this time when Nico de Boinville turned home, even though he was stuck behind the wall.

When De Boinville switched to start his challenge, Constitation Hill got his jumping all wrong and hit the lawn, so LosiMouth (5-4) and Wodhooh to fight it, with the first named just prevailing for Willie Mullins.

“Two and a half kilometers were ideal for her, the race was ideal for her,” said the winning jockey Paul Tatend ITV.

“The country was alive enough, compared to the riding on the obstacle course, it dries every minute.
