Chris Eubank JR believes that the fine £ 100,000, which was chosen for him for the slap of Conor Ben with an egg, was too “steep”.
Eubank and Benn will fight in the highly profile All-Brnitish Clash at the Tottenham Hotspur 26 stadium Sky Cash register.
At the first press conference, which announced the fight, Eubank cracked eggs holding in the open palm, on the side of Benn’s head, which saw this opportunity to absorb chaotic scenes.
In response to the incident, the British Audit Council of EUBANK JR filed a fine of £ 100,000.
The EUBANK team has already indicated that it is useful to dismiss this decision.
In an exclusive interview with Sky SportsEubank jr said, “We are dealing with the situation. £ 100,000 for throwing eggs seems to be a bit strong.
“Especially we will look at what has been fined others for what would seem much more serious incidents over the years. I don’t think anyone is now close to a penalty of £ 100,000.
“100k for eggs, it’s steep,” he concluded. “We will deal with the situation.”
Promoter Eubank JR Ben Shalom said earlier Sky Sports He was not “left without the possibility of appealing”.
Benn broke out with anger after the egg incident, and both camps had to be separated by security.
But this was not the first time that the couple met. The sons of the great rivals Nigel Benn and Chris Eubank SR were due to boxing in 2022. This seizure was canceled when Benn’s unfavorable findings of drug tests appeared. Benn’s interim suspension has now been canceled and it is clear that he boxed in the UK.
The hostility between the two fighters became more vicious during that time. Benn furiously confronted Eubank JR before and after the last in October.
Reflection to Benn, said Eubank JR Sky Sports: “He’s an aggressive man. He’s an emotional person. He doesn’t know how to be calm. How to be gathered. How to think before talking.
“He’s the son of his father. They’re hotheads.”
