Judge Rules US Must Return Man Deported to El Salvador in ‘Error’

A federal Judge has been ordered to the Trump Administration to Return Maryland Man Who Was Mistaknly Deported to Prison in El Salvador.

Kilmar Rena Garcia, Who was expelled with the lost monbers of Alleged Gang Members, Must Be Returned To The Us No Later Than Monday, US District Judge Paula Xinis Ordered.

US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (Ice) Said in a Recent Court Philinging That Deporting Mr Garcia Was an “Administrative Error”. An Immigration Judge Granted Him from Legal Protection in Deportation in 2019.

The White House has Alleged is an MS-13 Gang Member, But His Lawyers There is No Evidence to Prove That It Is Gang-Affiliated, Adding That He has a Charged Charged In Any Country.
