The work Marco Silva does in Fulham is not remarkable.
After selling his best attacker and midfielder and lost the best center on free in the coming years, he improved them with limited resources every season.
Now they are the eighth in the Premier League after becoming only the second team that defeated the champions – called Liverpool and compete for Europe – at a time when Newcastle, Aston Villa, Brighton and even Bournemouth call on established six.
The performance of Silva, who is in charge of Fulham, raises the question: How much additional improvement and how many other Premier League matches need Silva to win before getting a chance for the highest work?

If what they were looking for was managerSomeone who would instill the right culture through the club and handle the media well; Silva also does it in Fulham. Where he was once considered a growing young coach, he is now an experienced and full package.
After being an autumn guy during the chaotic period behind the scenes in Everton (one who couldn’t even arrest Carlo Ancelotti), Silva had a chance to redeem.
He returned to the map of European elite managers with a hard fighting championship and the constantly better league ends up under the belt, all without the budget and tools available, that many of the larger but insufficient power clubs had.
Recruitment in Fulham was mostly led by Silva and almost everything was Canny, especially when the replacement of Alexsandar Mitrovic and its 111 goals, probably the best midfielder of the club in Joao Palhinha and the impressive center back of Tosin, went to Freedom for Chelsea.
Fulham didn’t spend a big one. Silva signed Raul Jimezez for several million to replace Mitrovic in the development of Rodrigo Muniz and Sander Berge of Burnley to replace Palhinha. Joachim Anderson returned to the club from Crystal Palace to replace Tosina, while only Emile Smith Rowe was the only other real purchase last year.

Instead, Silva improved the individual she has with Antonee Robinson and Alex Iwobius, especially by enjoying this term with a particularly excellent season.
