England Spinner Sophie Ecclestone says she has learned and “moved” from her refusal to interview with a former teammate, Puntit Alex Hartley, during the women’s ashes in January.
Ecclestone refused to talk to Hartley during a problem tour, which eventually led to the removal of head coach Jon Lewis and Captain Heather Knight after 16-0 Whitewash.
Hartley, a colleague of left arm with 32 English caps, previously criticized the level of conditioning and condition of the team and claimed that these comments saw her “hung on dry” Some in the dressing room.

Ecclestone stopped before a full agreement, but wanted to leave the incident behind her.

“There’s nothing more about the story to say. I and Alex have moved and we both learned from it. Everyone has their own opinion and everyone is entitled.”

England will start next month with Charlotte Edwards in charge of, the former captain was rapidly announced as Lewis’s replacement.
A new captain is also required, but Ecclestone – one of the older players who emerged for this work – distanced himself from this role.
“I feel like I would like to do it in the future, but I’m not sure it’s the time now,” Ecclestone said.
“I still work on myself and improve as a cricket.”
Edwards said that players must be responsible for their condition when it outlines her expectations in the role.
“What I want is a greater responsibility from the players around the fitness. I don’t want it to be a spoken point that moved forward. That’s really important to me,” Edwards said.
“As far as our professional standards are concerned, anyone who knows me, I set quite high standards, so that’s something I instill in this group.
“It’s a new beginning for all of us. And I can’t really wait to start.”
