The man was arrested and accused after allegedly attacked Jack Grealish at the end of Sunday’s Manchester Derby in Old Trafford.

The Grand Manchester Police statement on Monday said: “Alfie Holt of Haven Drive, Drojden, was charged with the attack. In July, he will appear at the Manchester Municipal Court.
“This fee concerns the incident that occurred yesterday in Old Trafford.”

Grealish appeared in the 74th minute of the hopeless draw in United when City missed the chance to return to the first four.
