If the winner of Ben Whittaker’s match with Liam Cameron comes to seek a fight with Joshua Buatsi, Londoner says Sky Sports “It’s not hard to find”.
Since the Whittaker and Cameron had stepped out of the ring in the fifth round of the first fight, the discussion of the controversial end was swirling.
Both were caught at the clinic and rolled over the upper rope, fell with their hands tied and without ways to emphasize the impact. They both collided on their heads on a circular apron.
Cameron managed to go back through the ropes, but Whittaker was injured and could not continue.
It meant that the match went to a technical decision and the judge decided. Subsequently, Cameron not only claimed to win, but that Whittaker “left” when Wolverhampton Man could continue.
Light weight Joshua Buatsi, former British champion and formerly regular Sparring partner for Whittaker, when he was second on the GB group, thinks the match is the only way to solve the problem.
Whittaker and Cameron will fight again on Sunday 20th April, live on Sky Sports.
Bought said that Sky Sports: “I always told people that only he (Whittaker) knew it.
“We can do all the speculations we want outside the ring, but only knows whether he was injured or whether it stopped, whether it was a way out or injured.
“So I think it’s a question for him. The most important thing is that they have retaliation.
“I won’t miss it. They’ll get on a square and we have to find out the truth.”
BUATSI comes loss of Callum Smith for the temporary title WBO, but it was an exciting exciting fight and Londoner remains the tip of the top light.
And if the winner of Whittaker vs Cameron Relatch begins to look for the struggle for himself, simply says, “I’m not hard to find.”
“Too early” for Whittaker
The challenger of the world title Anthony Yarde, who was previously linked to the potential struggle with BUATSI, thinks it is too early for Ben Whittaker to get off at the level.
“Of course” fought with Whittaker himself, he says. But Yarde said that Sky Sports“I don’t think it’s a smart decision on any of them. That’s just my modest opinion. I feel like it’s a bit too early. A few more fights, I feel it will make it more sense.
“If I was fighting with Ben Whittaker now, I’m just honest, it would be too early for him. It would be too early for him. This is my opinion. Because I feel I can beat someone in the world. Every loss in the world, I always returned better.”
