Ange postcogla believes that Tottenham has reached a point where even the “good things” that produce attract the element of criticism.
Chief coach SPURS responded to the question of Mathys tel that saved the last minute sentence for protection and 3-1 victories over Southampton On Sunday, although Brennan Johnson had the opportunity to complete the hat trick.
Spurs victory over the lower Holy Club – who were condemned in this process – were their first in the Premier League’s five trips when they disappeared 14.
“We scored, we won. We were pleased. It’s incredible. If we’re 2-1 up and get punishment at the last minute, I want it to take our best penalty,” said Postecoglou.
“One of them is against this club that it was not the winner. The mentality of the winners at the last minute is a score. In this alternative universe we scored and somehow we all do this negative.”
Tottenham travels to Wolves with the third worst record in the division at the weekend, but before that, Eintracht Frankfurt will return to the European League event, and many suggest that the future of postcogla can depend on whether it can save the bad season by ending the 17 -year trophy drought.
Opta places his chances of victory in the 17 percent competition.
Spurs won only one of their last 13 main quarterfinals, but won in two previous home games against Thursday’s rivals Frankfurt, who won the European League in 2022.
“Even the good things we can do will turn into a” glass half -empty “rhetoric,” Postecoglou continued.
“Hopefully we have set out on a position where we can have an impact on the unsatisfactory season. I don’t think I can win the argument of convincing people.
“We’re in the quarterfinals, we don’t want to let us slip or have bad thinking. I think players treat it well and accept the challenge.”
Tottenham’s injury has been greatly alleviated, but the main lady will be Dejan Kičusevski, who has three goal contributions in Europe this year, while Kevin Danso also remains missing.
Postecogle added: “We got into a position where we have the opportunity to advance to the final phases. We have to focus on a strong home performance.
“It is important that we play football we want to play, we get back to keep our level.
“I said (criticism) is not what drives me. I came up with a clear vision – I changed the way the team plays to rejuvenate the group because it was approaching the end of the cycle. Regardless of noise I don’t understand why it should reduce my ambitions and desire to happen.
“Whatever you achieve in your life usually comes with a fight. That’s just another fight. I never thought I lost my will to fight.
