“When you say Mikey Lewis doesn’t play for Hull Kr and then look at the speed and legs and tactical consciousness that the field and (Bevan) have French, then become the advantage of Wigan.
“If they have any hope, it’s the last 63 minutes of the derby game, the quarterfinals against Hull, where they made goods. They were great in the last 63 minutes without Mikey.”

It was an inconsistent start of the season for Matt Peet, who lost two of his opening six games in the league and left the Challenge Cup in the early stages.
But Prop Tyler Dupree believes Wigan can rediscover his best form in Friday’s Crunch game.
“These games are the ones we play for,” Dupree said Sky Sports.
“We want to get involved in all big games and want to put a super league in a good position.
“We just have to go back to playing, as we usually do and play the best.”

Dupree, however, was full of praise for Hull Kr, but insisted that it is no wonder that such a red-in-the-form seeing from its opponents.
“They were well hired in the off -season and they were always there or on it,” he said.
“In order to start as well, I don’t think anyone really surprised it.
“They are a great team and do all the right things.
“It’s another game. It’s a big game, but I think they have to focus on yourself.”
