Bryson Brazambeau claimed that Rory McIlroy did not speak to him during her last round, but it depends on it and how common is it when she is in a great dispute?

McIlroy completed his career Grand Slam with a dramatic victory for the playoffs in Augusta National, where he went through several failures in the last day of the roller coaster and registered the first main title since the PGA 2014 championship.

“He didn’t talk to me once all day,” Drazhambeau said. “He was just like – just focused, I mean. But I’m not me.”

Dravhambeau was visibly engaged with patrons during his round and slapped his hands with the crowd on various occasions, while McIlroy focused on attempting to stay in the “bubble” and focus on victory.

“It’s a battle in your head as trying to stay now and hit this other shot well and hit another shot well,” McILroy explained at his press conference. “My battle was with myself.

“It wasn’t with anyone else. You know, at the end it was with Justin (Rose), but my battle was with my mind today and stay in the present. I’d like to say that I did a better job than me. It was a fight but I got it over the line.

“I’ve been going to my luck all week. Again, I think with the things I’ve had to endure in the last few years, I think I deserved it!”

The last round of the duel came 10 months after the success of the Brazambeau US Open in Pinehurst No. 2, where he claimed a one-off victory after McILroy-played in the penultimate group-to two shots over the last five holes.

“If Bryson thought he would be poor, poor with Rory, it never happened,” said Dame Laura Davies podcast Sky Sports Golf.

“Rory was probably going to the course yesterday morning when she thought it would be hard work. He (Brazambeau) will turn galleries and I don’t want to be too overwhelmed with this guy, because it will work against me.

“If the crowd turns and then says,” Oh, what did you have for breakfast? ” I think Rory didn’t talk to him very clever, and it sounds like he got it, so one Rory! ”
