Rampant Arsenal warmed up on Saturday’s Champions League semifinals with Lyon by throwing Leicester 5-1 in WSL to move in three points of Chelsea leaders.
The shooters have now won each of their last eight games at the Emirates stadium in all competitions, scored 31 goals in this period and admitted only twice.
This impressive record will be tested by the eight -time European Champions Lyon, but it has never been at risk of being concerned about Leicester, who could not impress the game and was Arsenal’s impressive accuracy.
