It is time to solve the ongoing spores about bikes before the match Ben Whittaker with Liam Cameron, says the British Boxing Council.
Whittaker will fight Cameron in a highly anticipated match against a light weight on Sunday 20th April, live on Sky Sports.
They first met in October, when the Olympic silver medalist Whittaker could not continue because of injury, after both warriors fell across the upper rope and the ring in the fifth round.
The technical decision then recorded the completion of the match as a draw.
However, this controversial end caused Cameron’s proposals that Whittaker had ended, which was driven by fire accumulation before Sunday’s clash in BP Pulse Live Arena in Birmingham.
The days after retaliation are locked in a dispute about whether the match will be attacked within 10 or 12 rounds.
However, the British Boxing Council said it was still time to solve this problem before Sunday’s fight.
Robert Smith, General Secretary of BBBOC, said Sky Sports: “It’s a problem of contracts.
“It should not be necessary (to advice) to hit. Still time to solve, which I’m sure it will be.”
“Judicial Day is 20 April”
Whittaker and Cameron are to face each other at a press conference on Friday before Sunday’s competition. Their war of words was a feature of their orders before the fight.
“It was hard there, and when it makes it difficult, you want to go out,” Cameron said about Whittaker. “When you’re in pain and fighting don’t go in the way, he wanted to get out of there.
“He didn’t want any part (of that).”
Whittaker is a splendid warrior when boxes known for his showboating. But Cameron claimed that their first fight was punished.
“It changed a little. Just at that time was not the same person (at Gloves are gone). Pretty humble, dear guy. Come with another approach. I like it, ”Cameron said Sky Sports News.
“I was there to beat myself. He was there to show what he was made of … I stopped.”
Whittaker replied, “If he wants to go with it (end charges), it’s great, more fuel to fire.”
But he is determined to settle the score. “It was like a WWE scene,” Whittaker said Sky Sports News. “It’s a box. These things are not written and we have to run it back.
“Fortunately, enough judicial day is 20 April.”
He added: “It was my worst version and its best version. When I appear on April 20, you will see my best version.
“The draw is not what you want, it’s a loss in my eyes, I really try to fix it wrong and I’m excited to do it.”
